Firewood for sale
Hand-chopped firewood for sale - responsibly sourced from a genuine ladder tree!
Three quid a bag or four for a tenner. Bags about 60cm x 20cm x 30cm, irregularly filled.
Tree was cut last September, so may not be 100% seasoned yet but will be good for next winter - see Finsbury Park Ranger's comments. Having said that we've burned some and it's been fine.

Ok got to say that this lime tree firewood is really poor quality if you want to burn now. I went through three bags in one night and was still cold. If you buy it, season it for another 6 months.

The problem is that it's London lime, it's just a real poor wood for burning not fully unseasoned. I'm not blaming you ted, you were clear enough about what it is, just disappointed at the pyrotechnics of the lime tree itself.
