Fire on Seymour Road

There seems to be a fire upstairs at no 74. Loads of smoke, fire brigade are in there. House seems to be empty. Strangely, this is the flat the owner tries to illegally convert. I am told it's being put back to how it was, but have not seen any evidence. Poetic justice anyone?

I do feel terribly sorry for the people downstairs when they come back home though.
