Finsbury Park Cafe lease up for sale
I noticed this listing today...Finsbury Park Cafe
At 1.5x last year's sales, it seems a bit punchy. No idea of the rent.
I'd have thought this type of operation would go to tender as the free-market in this area is a fairly ruthless one.
Though I suppose Finsbury Park does lack the presence of a good 'Eurasian' outlet.

This is the second local bad news item today. The first was Nilgun Carver going to trial for perverting the course of justice.
Now this, I love this cafe and go out of my way to eat and drink there. It's very sad that they couldn't make it more successful.
