Finding a home in Harringay
Dear all, we're a couple in need of a 1 or 2 bed flat in March, somewhere in the area - currently in SevenSisters - looking for a friendly landlord/lady. Would love a garden, ground floor preferred.
We're great tenants, with great refs, both professional full-timers, proactive about maintenance, don't smoke, no pets or kids and have been in the current flat for 10 years so looking long term. We're paying £900 p/m but realise this is a steal so will pay more for the right place. I was born and bred in Crouch End so would love to stay in the borough. Hi there,
I have two Substantial furnished rooms with double bed, desk and wardrobes for rent in my place next to Downhill's Park in N17.
The house is located between Tottenham Hale, Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane tube stations.
There are currently two other tenants (mature professionals) living in the house and everyone shares the kitchen / dining room, sitting room & garden, plus bathroom and separate shower room.
Rent £595 for the smaller room and £600 for the larger inclusive of all bills and both are available now.
