I love my borough. I could do wiv a bit a that! Quite surprised we haven't heard about that in Haringeys drugs&alcohol mental health services. (Have to mention HAGA/bubic/Blenheim who do great work in the recovery world) just about to shut one of our centers down though 171 park lane. MONEY. ARRRRRGGGGGHHH. anyway about the writing course. Excellent. You have to get out and do creative constructive stuff. Ruminating baaaaaaad. . Idol hands and that. "Feeling bad about yourself and wanna feel better? Get out and help others. When I ended up on the dark side volunteering brought me back into the light. Oh big shout out to st mungos shelter and crisis too. Cant forget kevin at shine turnpike lane
