Hi - just wanted to add to the praise that others have already shared for Neil Protheroe, who has done a great job for me this afternoon.
He took apart our shower, quickly extracted the faulty cartridge, darted off to a plumbing shop to grab a replacement and fitted it, sealed everything up again all within the hour and charged accordingly.
I was very impressed, and will definitely be using Neil again.
