At Harringay Market with ex-Flying Squad officer who arrested Great Train robber

Oh, the characters you meet at your local market.

Today, sat in one of the little wooden shelters waiting to go live with BBC reporter Anna O'Neil, we were joined by an ex flying squad officer.

Market visitor Pat is a great character and her stories were more than compensation for the rain.  Amongst the tales we heard was one about her arrest of Great Train robber, 'The Weasel'. Apparently when she felt his collar, he told her, "I don't mind being arrested, but don't bloody tell anyone it was a bleedin' tart wot done it."
