A flat on our road has been for sale for a number of months. The agents, in their marketing campaign announced that they were proud to offer......
A few weeks ago, I'm guessing with no success, they appointed another joint agent.
In between, a few doors down, a similar flat at a similar price, was put on the market. I'm sure it was only 3/4 weeks ago it was being redecorated for the market.
Today the later has a SOLD (subject to contract) sign proudly on display.
The difference? Foxton's I'm guessing.
As much as I 'm not a fan, they get things done. They have access to a huge pool of potential purchasers, tenants.
Well done to HoL member AH btw on his soon to happen (fingers crossed) sale.
