Ephemeral local art/graffitti

Not Harringay, but just across the tracks - I saw this nice (to me) piece of art yesterday morning on a bridge on the Parkland Walk near the skateboard area.

Sadly it was gone this morn...

Very colourful. That whole area around there is busy for graffitt. Saw someone mid-creation last time I cycled through. I'm assuming there has been some sort of at least tacit approval to all these pieces of public 'art'.
