Only applies to new  traffic, John.  So as a long-standing resident this exciting feature won't apply to you.  Sorry to have to give the bad news.

Part of the mysterious world of signage I particularly like the 'diversion' signs which are seemingly meant for someone else since there is no change to the thoroughfare. While there is a putting up signs dept there does not seem to be a taking down one....

Most likely a misprint. "Traffic" probably should be, "Water".
