We 250000 are so lucky to have here at the top post in Haringey the man who was responsible for all the planning and research to set up this system , and make sure all the boxes were ticked. Note the terms of the Judicial Review: "Nash's case is that neither the Capita contract, nor a planned £290m contract to outsource planning, cemeteries, highways, environmental health and other services, are legal because the council has failed to consult on the decisions, has failed to meet its public sector equality obligations and based its decisions on 'grossly inadequate assessments of the relative merits and risks involved and hence are unreasonable and amount to a breach of its fiduciary duty.' "

Having recently enjoyed one of LBH's consultations on their budget using a set of voting toys as if we were on Carry On Come Dancing, LBH needs to follow the progress of this JR very carefully. LBH (aka Grainger) lost at the High Court on Equalities issues re demolishing Seven Sisters market.  Our Mr Walkley needs to get in the best and most expensive layers in town if he wants to do this to Haringey.  We don't mind paying, do we?
