drains: blocked and possibly cracked.

Hi , I've a problem with a blocked man hole in the back garden.

Thames Water say it's not their issue & I need a private Co.

Found out I am insured as long as it's not broken due to wear and tear .

Anyone out there have any advice? 

I'm waiting on the insuranace Co's engineers to contact me .
