We've got a big double room available in a great house on the Haringey Ladder, the current tenant is leaving the house to go travelling.  The house was fully renovated 3 years ago, it has a large living room with a projector to watch movies/sports, bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs, great kitchen with a big back garden.

Current house mates are all gentlemen, all professional with full time jobs. A friendly house where we all get along cooking and watching movies together while also respecting privacy. Great atmosphere and very relaxed and tranquil, a real gem.

Turnpike Lane tube, Haringey, Hornsey and Haringey Green Lanes overgound are all 10 minutes walk away, with all the usual amenities close by.

Rent is due on the 16th of every month so move in date will be 16th March, however there  is some flexiblility there. Preferably long term.

The rent is £607.50 pcm, the same for all 4 rooms + bills.
