double room available in houseshare in N15; £550 pcm (reduction for babysitting optional)

Room available in family houseshare in N15.

We're an international family /house share of 5 (hubby, me and our 2 children aged 4 and 5 plus our current lodger). We're letting a double room (for single occupancy) in our home as the last occupant has unfortunately left town.

We would require a person who's child friendly and ideally happy to occasionally do some babysitting (usually after bed time, so you could just get on doing your own stuff in the house) or possibly help with the after school pick up late afternoons on Tue/Wed (of course paid or for rent reduction).

The room is tastefully refurbished and has a nice view over our large garden.

The house is quite large, has 2 bathrooms, additional separate toilet, large kitchen with dining area, double reception room and a large garden as communal areas so it never feels crowded.

Students welcome or also a Mon-Fri arrangement.

Please note that my husband smokes and so do our current lodgers, but only outdoors and we'd expect this from our tenants as well.
