I have a very large double room for rent on the third floor of Grand Parade near The Sailsbury pub.

It's a big flat. Very good condition and very clean and tidy.

The rent would be £720 inc all bills excluding landline calls.

I am a musician and work with the homeless. I am a very clean and tidy person and would want the same from my new flatmate
