Donations website started for Malaysian student

Via Twitter, through a neighbour who's now living in Central America, I picked up a note about a donation site that's been set up for the Malaysian student who was attacked this week. ( I guess we do live in a rather globalased world now where news bounces all over).

The site includes a poll fro suggesting what should be done any monies.

It also has a comment space which thankfully includes the information  that the Malaysian High Commission will be co-coordinating donations and gives another route in place of this probably kosher but unverified site.

Other comments are from bandwaggoning companies donating their flotsam and a political diatribe revealing the tensions constantly simmering in Malaysia over its "Bumi" (Bumiputera) policy.
