Don't want to stir out - who's got an Indian takeaway to recommend?

We decided to give Beelash a go and really enjoyed the meal.  Except the starter (prawn pakora) which was terrible.  5 very sad dry prawns at almost a £1 each.  I am not going to waste my money on that again that is for sure.

Just a quick update to bring to people's attention an excellent new Indian takeway. Lahore on Turnpike Lane, cooks to order and specialises in Punjabi cuisine, we've had two take outs from them in the last 10 days and the standard of the food is excellent, the best I've had as a takeaway and as good as Jashan for flavour.  The food is not swimming in ghee and unlike a lot of takeways each dish (I've now tried 6) doesn't have the same massala base.

The service is very friendly but somewhat chaotic and cooking time is around 15-20 mins so it may suffer given the preference for pre prepared counter food popular in the area.

I really think these guys deserve local support and am hopeful you guys will give them a try.
