Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

My trusty Wickes pressure washer went from working perfectly to a thin stream mid-clean today.

It sounds like maybe there is an issue with the pump as the noise it makes changed slightly.

I'm loathe to bin it if it can be fixed.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi Adam

I got my pressure washer fixed by a friend recently. The problem was the capacitor behind the switch but yours sounds like water supply or even the trigger on the gun end. Try it again from fresh, if theres nothing it could be capacitor which acts as  a kick start to get the pump going. Its a cheap part but get someone competent to swap it out as theres a charge held in there! Try the Hoover shop on Middle Lane N8 might be able to look at it.  They mend washing machines as well as vacuums. Good luck.

Thanks miles
