Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Does anyone know/is a vet that lives on the ladder and wouldnt mind seeing my sneezing kittie...

She started sneezing a couple of days ago but her eating and energy levels have been fine, and I have been keeping a watchful eye on her.  This evening I have started hearing her sniff - but she still seems to be eating ok and her energy seems normal (although I am now starting to question where she is slightly less spritely)....let me know as this would be most appreciated as I would like her to get a quick once over before i go back to work on monday.  Thanks so much

I don't know a weekend vet I'm afraid, but just wanted to say that our cats have sometimes had phases where they sneeze for a few days. I think they've probably got something irritating in their noses, and it eventually passes. Still worth seeing a vet to put your mind at ease, but am sure it will be fine.

Village Vet in Winchmore Hill is open on Sundays 10am until 2pm 0208 360 2020 www.villagevet.co.uk. Also they have a 24 hour practice/hospital in Hampstead.

Thanks so much all x

both my kitties got cat flu when i adopted them age 4m- doesnt seem to be a problem once they are that age unless they go off their food, which they both eventually did and then they needed a course of antibiotics, in case they had a bacterial infection on top

but the vet told me I didnt need to worry until that point- they have both had times when they sneeze for a few days, runny nose and eyes for a a few days to couple of weeks but have left it as they have seemed fine

But if they are young kittens, then you need to be very careful as cat flu is much more serious for them and you def need to get them checked out

I know my friends use Hills at crouch end who sound very good and reasonable prices, but not sure if they are open at the wkend

I use the RSPCA- harmsworth hospital in finsbury park who are brilliant but you have to be either on low income or on benefits to use them

Just seen this is and old email- oh well
