Not quite local but I use N.T. Fursse & Sons who are based in Ilford.  I find them to be impeccable in their work - family run.  I don't have their phone no. to hand but I know they have a website and email is office@ntfursseandson.co.uk

If you're still looking, I can't recommend highly enough Lee the Roofer. He does a lot of work in the area and we have used him. He's a really nice man and very genuine. His number is 07981 403 026.
