Do you know about Songworks Tuesday Morning Choir?

Dear Haringey Online People,

So many people think they can't sing. It's not true, honestly! Usually people who think they can't sing were told at some point (likely when they were a child) that they couldn't sing. Tragic!  Singing is our birthright, you only have to listen to a baby using their voice to know this. In African Culture there is no such thing as "can't sing". If you can talk you can sing.

Please don't go through life thinking you can't sing, you don't know what fun and joy you are missing and probably getting you singing is just about finding a non judgemental  place to use your voice.

Songworks has  a Tuesday morning choir from 9.45 til 11am at Union Church on the junction of Ferme Park Road and Weston Park in Crouch End. Its drop in and costs £10 a session (concessions available for those who can't afford this ) No solos. No auditions.  All you need is a willingness to sing.

You will be amazed at how beautiful a sound a mixed ability group can make. It's incredibly uplifting.

Parents with babes in arms very welcome. Infact everyone is, its a very warm and friendly group.
