Dear Geraldine,

I rent a room out in my house in Stroud Green/ Finsbury Park ( zone 2). I wonder if your lodger Kostas still needs a room or has found one in the meantime?

The room is a double for single occupancy with a little bathroom, toilet is not in that bathroom on the second floor.

It’s a good size, quiet house, quiet street (cul de sac).
I’ve lived in my family house for many years, I’m a widow, living on my own at the moment.

I have rented a room out for some time now and always got on well with my lodgers.

If there is interest, I would be pleased to give you more information.
