most films will have a location manager who would liaise with the person in charge of overseeing film units in Finsbury Park. This looks like catering rubbish but the disposal of any rubbish should be agreed before hand. So the question would be not only which production company left all that rubbish behind but who is the film officer at Finsbury Park and what did they agree regarding rubbish disposal prior to filming? The production company should face an additional charge for rubbish removal if it wasn't agreed with the film officer to be left behind.

I worked in the film industry for over a decade and we never left locations like that. I'm sure it was agreed with the park. The problem I have is that the park has become a subservient little sissy when it comes to making a few quid.
