Direct Payments

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there are any carers or parents who manage direct payments.

I am pondering the thought of developing a direct payments management database, but I feel I need more input while i develop any applications.

I manage my sisters direct payments.

I am curious of  any problems you have encounted e.g. filling in timesheets,printing bank statements, emailing etc.

Any ideas or suggestions will be welcome.
