Digital creative / artworker / freelancer for local small biz

I run a small, one person business manufacturing electronic musical instruments and effects.

I'm looking into the feasibility of outsourcing some of my marketing and design work in 2013 and wanted to see if there was anyone local who might be interested and able.

These are first enquiries just to test the water and to see who's out there.

I'd be looking for someone with a skillset that includes digital photography, digital video, photoshop and illustrator skills and some web skills e.g. HTML and CSS.

At this stage it's mostly basic artworking to established designs and branding.
