FYI - I have just received a letter from Haringey Planning re the proposed extension / development of Hornsey maintenance depot.
The Planning Reference is HGY/2009/1450 and details can be seen at www.haringey.gov.uk.
The letter adds - " the Council can only refuse Prior Approval if it considers that the development could reasonably be sited elsewhere on the land, or if it considers that the design or external appearance of the proposed works would injure the amenity of the neighbourhood and could reasonably be modified to avoid such injury. "
Submission and drawings can be seen at 639 High Road Tottenham N17 between 8.45 am and 5.00 pm. Case Officer is Michelle Bradshaw 020 8489 5280
