developers deserving of encouragement?
I would like to mention a special group of developers who seem to be enthusiastic and idealistic young people. They have bought (with money from a pension fund) the set of workshops known as Florentia Clothing Village, and want to continue it, attract more people, and make it into a pleasant area to walk through and visit.
They have done something similar in Newham, see https://www.generalprojects.com
They are trying to get people to come to their workshops and exhibitions, and they seem to interesting.
The next one is a drop in, next Monday. Here is their invitation.

The exhibition will detail plans ahead of planning submission and is an opportunity for you to find out how feedback has influenced the proposals.
