Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Desecration

is what is happening to what until December (and for many years) was the sadly-missed Goat at 414 - 416 West Green Road. I can't find any hint of a change of use or any other type of planning application on the council website.

 

Can anyone - please - help?

Planning permission is not needed for change of use from 4 ( drinking establishment ) to 1 ( shop ). It IS needed to go the other way.
