Considering the amount of journeys made nationally by each mode and the obvious impact differences, that what I thought it would be, if not more for lorry and car deaths.

What would be interesting is where the deaths occurred ie on a road, pavement, zebra etc and the verdict and what was the outcome of responsibility.
I'd also like to compare how many non-fatal collisions there were for each type of veheicle
Compared to how many british soldiers die at war per year it's totally unacceptable.
It could be said there is a 'tarmac war' raging unchecked.
To reach the relative danger, you have to weight each figure by the numbers of each type of vehicle on the road.
