Dealing with dry rot in a bay window

Recent work to remove a ceiling has exposed dry rotin the timbers above the bay window in my living room. Any recommendations of local trades to deal with this? It's structural as timbers support flooring upstairs so I need reliable and tested work. Anyone out there who can offer tried and tested contacts?
