Small Groups of men been hanging out in Harringay Gdns late eve. Residents complaints resulted in 3 being picked up last week on Green Lanes. Then Mon night a car seen dropping a tall slim guy wearing a flat cap at bottom of H gdns, its a short cul-de-sac - he went down dark alley at bottom, then seen standing there in the dark. Car turned round and was waiting for him up other end H gdns. Police called, number plate noted.
