Da Bin Raiders Return!

So anyway, there I was....

Sitting by the window about 8 the other night and I heard a sound and looked down to see some strange looking short bloke with a Rambo style scarf wrapped round his head - rifling through my bins!

He was gone before I could say anything, but I noticed he was then going to all the bins one by one all the way down the street.

As it happened, I had to go out and blow me if there weren;t three of them working the bins on both sides of the street. BAsically, they were just opening them, and emptying all the bags out and taking anything that they supposed to be valuable.

When they go to the bottom of the street, they got into their rather nice people carrier and drove away, presumably to the next street.

Thing is, this to me is just the thin edge of the wedge. If they come round raiding your bins, what else are they checking out? And considering they can afford a nice little people carrier (which I have the reg of), one imagines this is quite a lucrative enterprise.

Any chance they can be run out of town?
