Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

curry crisis!

Help!  Can anyone recommend an Indian (ie probably Bangladeshi) restaurant that delivers to N15?  I used to use The Tiffin Tin, but they took 1 1/2 hours to deliver last night, by which time I was dizzy with hunger.

Yes, try Thali Thal. It's run by one of the guys who started Tiffin Tin, The food is as good, delivery is quick and prices are a shade cheaper than TT.

We once waited two hours for Tiffin Tin to deliver. The next time round I called ages ahead and arranged to pick it up at a certain time - still had to wait forty minutes in the shop. Gave up after that!

I have been using Dhaka Tandoori for 15 years. friendly and efficient and they will tell you delivery times.

Balti king (http://www.thebaltiking.co.uk/) has served us well. A good variety of reasonably priced dishes, all of which have been delicious, and they are true to their delivery times.

We rate Sweet Lemon. Always great service, nice guys and usually less than half the price of TT. They are based in Stamford Hill and are available on hungry house /just eat

We tried sweet lemon for the first time a week ago, really rate them! Will be having them again next time we decide on Indian. For some reason I had avoided them on HungryHouse, maybe to do with the name just assuming not so great.

We also use Tiffin Tin or Everest Spice.
