Crouch End 10K and Fun Runs

Congrats to all who took part in and completed the Crouch End 10K this morning, and the fun runs this afternoon.

The atmosphere was fab, and the weather, although not the best for long distance running in, was very pleasant indeed.

I'm sure £000s were raised for charities.

For those who are interested my time was 55minutes, with which I am very pleased :-)
