The Council’s Overview and Scrutiny committee carried out a review over the summer of how events in Finsbury Park are planned and managed, and have now agreed a set of recommendations.
These will now be reported to Cabinet, who will decide how they want to implement them.
I have attached a copy of the report extracted form the committee agenda pack, The recommendations are set out on the last three or four pages.

How sad, it basically blames school age children for the problems. They are recommending that there are no events in the park during the school holidays.
Are you sure? Surely this means the park is available to all - including school children - during the summer hols. This is a good thing.
I also read it in the same way as Matty - keep the park free of events during the holidays, presumably so it can be enjoyed by families.
I note that it recommends events shouldn't last more than two concurrent weekends - but nothing about set up/take down encroaching on weekends on either side, which is just as much of a problem when the park is part blocked off and filled with vehicles.
