Could Haringey have a hung council?
These two articles think it is a possibility - with Harringay being one of the crucial wards.

Of course at least three of those nine poll toppers in the three wards changed livery over their first three years. Now that my postal vote papers have arrived, time to get out my lucky Grand National pin for a bit of blind pricking.

Great observation OAE. So that's as follows:
Bounds Green
- Ali Demerci changed from LD to Labour
Noel Park
- Alan Dobbie changed from Labour to Conservative (and became Haringey's only Conservative councillor)
- Catherine Harris changed from LD to Labour
