Copy Writer

Are there any budding or pro copy writers in the area?

I am looking for advice and assistance to word a couple of NHS Service Improvement type petitions. 

One petition is specific to my complaint concerning the NHS's treatment of rare diseases which would have been easily diagnosed if the NHS in North Central London CCG area followed NICE Guidelines (which they dont have to ..)  

The other petition would seek a comprehensive transformation of the NHS (removal of dead wood / Minster's Cronies, improved IT systems, democratisation and governance of our service.

I am prepared to pay or raise a reasonable amount to a pro and/ or provide glowing reference to a budding copy writer.
