Contractor to be Fined for Failure to Remove Rubbish

Nice to know that the failure to remove rubbish problem has been going on since this article was published in the Ham & High 19 May 1888 - and they still haven't found a solution! (In case it’s not obvious ‘dust’ was the Victorian term for household rubbish hence ‘dustmen’.

That one needs to go in a place on the site next the one that came up during the year contemporary to this about the guy fined for not having a light on while cycling.
