Conservatory info
Hello contemplating a small conservatory on back of kitchen. Wondered if anyone had done this? Wanted something that did not look like it’s out of an old folks home if you know what I mean. Trying to avoid ugly upvc.
i guess my thinking is that it’s not worth doing a full scale extension, it’s only going to add a metre or so to back of house and would be ridiculously expensive.
any ideas or examples most welcome. I’m on a budget !

Emma, please consider an apology to all "old folks' homes", their providers and their residents. Besides, not all UPVC conservatories need be ugly. And again, if you are using a fancy word like "conservatory" how does that fit into "a metre or so" at the back of your house? fyi, I've been the proud owner of a upvc conservatory for nearly twenty years. It may be a bit cluttered at times but it ain't ugly.
