This thread reminded me that I've been meaning to ask about this for a while, but kept forgetting by the time I got home. Has anyone else noticed how the condition of the tarmac on the bridge over the railway at Harringay station has deteriorated significantly this winter? It's always been a bit dodgy at the Wightman Road end as you go through the anti-bike/car barrier, but there are much deeper holes or dents appearing in the surface now which look like an accident waiting to happen, especially in wet or icy weather. Does anyone know whether this is on railway land or council land (I would guess railway if I had to, but wouldn't put money on it) and/or to whom we should report it if it is railway land?
It is the railway.
I emailed First Capital Connect about the broken lights earlier this winter and got a pretty prompt response. You can also tweet them (bit of public shaming works wonders).

Also let the Ladder Community Safety Partnership know and then can raise the issue too.
Might also be worth nothing that the senior management will be at Ally Pally station for a Q&A in May so if it is not fixed by then, you can go and tell them in person.
Our ‘Meet the Managers’ sessions are your opportunity to meet First Capital Connect senior managers to ask them questions about our services.
These informal gatherings take place at stations across our network.
This year we are changing the format of the sessions in a couple of ways. We will be piloting on-train sessions during the off peak whilst at station sessions will be tailored to the issues at each location.
