Community Noticeboards in the Passage

There are community noticeboards at either end of the Passage in Umfreville Road and Turnpike Lane. These can be used by anyone for community notices They're a useful resource fro folk who don't have a computer or are not using Harringay Online.
The boards are locked and need to accessed via a key, held by a key holder. A local resident, Gill Pengelly, has recently taken over organising the notices on these boards. I am not aware of the guidelines for what notices can be displayed.
Notices for display (two copies please) can be given to Gill. Apparently the ideal time to give them to her is at the month LCSP meeting (2nd Thursday of each month).
Gill changes the boards on the last week end or first week end of the month depending on her availability. Hard copies of info should be sent to her home, 9 Umfreville Road, London N4 1RY with contact details attached in case she needs to query anything.
Gill tells me that she has the last say as to what is posted using the guidelines provided by the Council. I'll try and get hold of a copy of those.
