Comments on the no. 29?

A friend of mine is writing an article about bus safety in London for a student project.

He's been analysing data from TfL - and drum roll...the 29 comes out top for distress calls from drivers. He is looking for a few comments to add colour the piece. If anyone is willing to divulge their experiences on the bus, give me a shout.

More than one friend of mine has been subject to a bruising on the fright-bus as we locals like to call it. I don't know if they'll be able to help, but I will ask if you like.
