We've just had to relinquish our cleaner, due to a change in our circumstances. She's been a real star for us over the last four years, and we recommend her very highly - she does a very thorough job, and we've always found her to be completely trustworthy.

Please do give her a call and ask her - she's very approachable. We found her rates very good for the work she did. I think she gave us a price after coming round to size up the work involved. We paid her for a full clean of the flat, rather than per hour. So we paid the same total weekly sum once she got faster (having got the hang of our place, the vacuum cleaner, and so on), cos even though she was working less time, she was still giving us the same results.
