Cleaner for one-off deep clean

There are lots of posts about cleaners, but not many for one-off deep cleans.

Can you recommend anyone?

It's to clean an empty flat in Stroud Green, but the oven will be done by someone else

Any suggestions gratefully received

I have in the past used Agent’s Army (agentsarmy.co.uk) for thorough cleaning, so it might be worth asking them — though their website implies they may now work primarily for commercial letting agencies.
