Cleaner for church halls

Our local church needs a cleaner for the halls during January 2013 to replace our regular cleaner who is ill. We are also seeking to have a deep clean in our church halls. We are a community church and hire out the hall to community groups.

To keep the facilities as pristine as we can, we now need to do a deep clean for our halls. What we have is this: -

Main Hall approximately 10 x 15 metres.
Upstairs studio approximately 6 x 12 metres.

There re also toilets, a kitchen, a stage, stairway up to the studio and walkways.

The window sills & frames, and skirting boards particularly need a good clean as do the passageway floors. The main hall is quite high so that would need bearing in mind.

We are hoping that we find someone who would be willing to undertake a good professional job but at a fair rate that takes into account our non-profit making venture for the community.
