Cider press?
I realise this is the longest shot in the history of long shots but does anyone have a domestic-scale cider/fruit press they'd be willing to lend? Am 'suffering' a glut of apples and want to do something rather more interesting with them than apple pure!

Great shout- My dad has tons of apples and would love to do something similar if you get luck on the cider press front.
Ill keep my eye out for one too.
Might be tempted to buy one is anyone wants to share the cost.....

To buy, Ive seen them for about £80, to hire is about £40 for a weekend, so seems no brainer to me,
