Did you retune it?

I found on mine that while I did get the BBC channels after retuning, I also had a duplicate set of BBC channels with nothing on them, so the channel listing went BBC1, BBC1, BBC2, BBC2, etc, and only the first of each pair actually worked -- the other one was blank.  So try hitting the channel up/down buttons to see if you've got the same thing.

Two TVs - two different set ups.

TV 1 - I had to re-set to factory settings, everything else OK

TV 2 - Didn't have to do anything but have duplicates of BBC channels

Waiting for the final changes on the 18th.

Thanks for that, rescanning didnt fix the problem as have done that several times as it keeps asking me to- will try to return to factory settings

Yes I have been retunig. It tells me it has added 7 extra channels but they still don't work.

especially Channel 1 and 2.

Any answers?
