Centre door knob
Hello Guys,
does anyone know any shops or websites where i can get a chrome centre door knob with a large rosette plate ? all the ones i am finding have small plates, i am looking for an oversized plate,
i have found one on SA BAXTER architectural hardware but its over £2000! i have found one on the john lewis website too for a more realistic £70 but it does not have a oversized rosette.
any leads or help would be greatly appreciated

Simon, thanks infact i found them by chance browsing the web - didn't know they were so big and close to us however there designs are not suitable.

John, yes good to look at but unfortunately the Camden Town branch was closed a few weeks ago (hopefully temporary -building works next door?). There were branches in West End. Website doesn't really show all that they stock.So worth ringing.
I have looked for a lot of ironmongers/door stuff before. Not great locally. Just off Portobello Road there is a place(Think it is called Nu-line or similar on Westbourne Park Rd?) I have bought latches,knobs, etc before- good range from v. reasonable to v. pricey. Similar with good range but more pricey is right at the end of Northcote Rd/Clapham(called SDS?).probably worth ringing first.
Also cheaper than £2000(!) you could try the still pricey
