Hi there, is the black ceiling light available? what types of bulbs can be used ie energy saving rather than halogens?

Yes the black spotlights are still available.
As stated they are new so just looked at the instruction leaflet and
Sorry they do use halogen bulbs. I expect most spotlight units do.
