Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

My stepson asked me about the above. What sort of equipment is needed and what sort of price would we/he be looking at.

I have no idea so your advice would be appreciated

A bit more info would be helpful to be able to offer the best advice. What are you trying to capture, on what media, and what kit do you already have?

Depending on the above answers you can do this the old fashioned way and use your existing camera and tripod to photograph the programme on the tv/screen at the point you want, you'll just need one that allows you to change the shutter speed to around 1/15 of a second to mitigate against the shutter action/screen refresh rate.

Alternatively, if it is already digital and you have access to a modern pc you should be able to use software to capture and print out a frame as moving image is really only 24 fps of stills for film, and 25fps for tv.
